Xi’an ZZ Top Oil Tools Co.,Ltd as head office registered in Xi’an City in 2010, and in 2016, ZZ TOP OIL TOOLS enlarged the downhole oil tools factory and named Baoji Keyuan Petroleum Equipment under the Brand - TECHCORE, which engages in designing and manufacturing the downhole oil tools including DST tools, Coiled tubing tools etc.
